New Year, New Things! It's a new year! First of all, the Children’s Advocacy Center: The Emmy Haney House would like to say thank you for all your support in 2022. The CAC appreciates every donor, volunteer, and employee that helped to aid in our mission to provide victims of child abuse with the help, hope, and healing they deserve. In 2022, the CAC provided services to over 887 children. Employees at the CAC worked hard to ensure that children received quality services every day. Our forensic interviewers performed 492 forensic interviews. Our Pediatric SANE Nurse Practitioner performed 162 medical examinations. Our therapists provided 520 therapy sessions. Our family advocates provided 475 caregivers and 470 children with services.
