Director's Take DC! Last Month, The Children’s Advocacy Center’s four Directors took on our Nation’s Capital to attend the National Children’s Alliance Leadership Conference. During this week of extensive workshops, our leadership was able to explore best practices, innovative initiatives, and a commitment to a brighter future for child abuse victims. Not only did our leadership attend, but our very own Executive Director Kristen Pavlik-McCallie led a session on employee manuals and best practices. Our leadership returned with a wealth of knowledge to help our staff, clients, and organization as a whole.
